Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pre-Owned Manager to oversee the sales and operations of our pre-owned vehicle department at Envision Motors in Milpitas, California. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and achieving pre-owned vehicle sales targets. You will also be in charge of driving the overall profitability of the department through effective inventory management and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the pre-owned vehicle department, including inventory control, pricing, and personnel management
- Develop and implement sales goals and strategies to achieve maximum profitability
- Oversee the sales team and provide support and coaching to help them meet their individual sales goals
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to sales team members
- Collaborate with other departments, such as the service and finance teams, to ensure a seamless sales process for customers
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the pre-owned vehicle market and adjust pricing and inventory accordingly
- Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to identify areas for improvement and increase profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and federal and state laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry, with previous sales management experience preferred
- Strong understanding of pre-owned vehicle market trends and pricing strategies
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving sales goals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience working with dealership management systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
